For wine, cheese and meat curing, folks often want to be up in the 50-60F range.
The chart below is a rough guide based on tightly sealed, well insulated rooms with >r20 insulation, out of the direct sun, zero glass exposure and basically square or rectangular in shape. If you use any glass in your room, or your room size is oddly shaped, or if you always want to be right at 50F... or right at 59F... then please talk to us and we'll help make sure you're sized just right!
